Q&A.

Mm... went for a blog hopping a minute ago.
It's interesting to know what your lil juniors wrote
about and your peers about how they felt from their
point of view. True, blog allows you to express in your
own freedom space however, "mean what you say, say
what you mean but don't be too mean when you say it."

Okay! Well, i came across to this question: " Is winning
important?"
Let's me just share with you what i really think it is.
Yes! True enough, no doubt everyone keep saying that
winning isn't anything but let me just let you know that as
long as you think you have done enough and put your effort
to the maximum you already is a winner.
Fair enough, it might be white lies to some of you but still to me
it really doesn't mean much when you win or not. Why?
I've been coming down for the training most of the time and yes
if there are other school who really wins us in terms of
coordination, standard footdrill and etc... they get what they
deserve. Correct?
What i would really like to see in you guys would be the effort,
soul and hard work in you all.
No doubt, everyone have been training hard.
No doubt, i have been always reminding every single tiny little
things it can be.
No doubt, i am always nagging.
No doubt, i can be insane at times(Referring to my hyper-mode)
Yes. I can be strict and hash on my tone but sorry to say, without
having this would you cut lesser on your jokes?
Within 20mins you can done a lot of things such as 2-4rounds of
fancy drills. True?
Okay, i shall not side tracks but still winning isn't everything.
Will you die if you lose?
Will you cry if you lose? (Certainly, you spent MONTHS to train.)
Will you ...? Ask yourself this and that.
The situation of winning and losing.
IT's two different matter. I'm certain.
So do winning still as important still?
For that question, i cannot answer this. YOU got to answer this on
your own.

Maybe some might be thinking that having all these shouting and
lectures, scolding, comments, remarks, etc... does not help.
Then in what ways will it helps to improve your training?
I don't know. I'm at my wit so anyone would like to suggest what?
Mm... Maybe i am some jerkass you feel for the scolding, lecture
and cheers i did but i have my reason for doing so.

Cheers- Just to cheer everyone up, bonding session as well.
Is true that you can be good at your drills but it is not only a SOLE
performances instead we need every bonds to feel and
do together. It's a form of relationship which held everyone with
one solid "Bang!"
It's not about the timing at times. Sometimes you know what they
are doing? *Feel lost about what i am typing? Ignore! Why? I'm
getting confuse about what i am writing! LOL! =/

Lecture/Scolding- Just to "chop chop" on your time. otherwise,
complaining of not enough time to practice does not help. Hence,
it would be wise enough to just CUT less joke and get to the
main point.

Reminds- It can be anything. Drills, whatever. In the competition
ground, there won't be people to remind you. Pull back your
shoulder and stuff.

Scolding or any lectures form isn't fun and funny nor nice.
I'm not enjoying it, it solely depends on yourself.
